Steve will serve tea in ceremonial style this evening, as part of the Teeline group of tea servers. We generally adhere to a style of approach to tea which have learned via Wu De of the globalteahut.org based in Taiwan. A significant amount of time is spent in meditative silence, the tea chosen is an aged and rare one (in this case we will serve an aged Liu Bao, what we call a ‘heart opening tea’ since it is on St Valentine’s Day!).
